Looking for the right Revlon hair straightener?  The Revlon hair straightener is a contender against the Remington hair straightener, they’ve got quite a few good models out, but they also have some which you might want to skip over.  To help you pick out the right ones, we’re going to do a bit of reviewing of your options.  So if you’re searching for the perfect Revlon hair straightener, be sure to read on:

1.  Revlon 1" High-Heat Professional Tourmaline Straightener

This one makes use of ceramic technology that yields high and even heat that really gets to the root of your hair and irons it out from the inside out.  This heats up in 30 seconds and comes with a professional swivel cord and several heat settings.

It’s been rated 5/5 stars by 5 customer reviews on Amazon and sells for $23.85, so it is definitely a good deal and one to consider.

One reviewer mentions this has given them the smoothest results they’ve seen without frying their hair.  This straightener doesn’t pull your hair and it straightens it out in a short amount of time, you won’t even need to use a blow dryer after using this, just air dry it and apply a heat protectant spray and you’re good.

If you’re on a budget, this is a great one to consider.

2.  Revlon RV088C Wet to Set Tourmaline/Ceramic Straightener, 2 1/4 Inch

Here’s another one to consider, it is a full 2 ¼” thick, not like those skimpy 1” thick ones that may be annoying if you have long hair as it will take forever to go through long hair with something that thin.  This evaporates all water on your hair while it’s being used so it decreases your styling time.  It takes 30 seconds to heat this thing up and it can reach up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

The only issue with this is that if you don’t grab enough hair it can feel like it snags your hair due to the way the plates are located in the center.  With other straighteners, the plats run over the edges/sides so it’s one complete smooth surface.

Other than that, this works great, it really straightens out wet hair.  One reviewer mentions it does a great job of it on her African American hair as well.  Try using a straightening cream along with this for really smooth results.

So if you’re looking for a quality Revlon hair straightener, those are two of the better ones out on the market.  If you need a Revlon hair straightener and are looking for more options, feel free to browse around some more, in the end though you’re likely to get one of these if you go with Revlon.
